ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

Can I cancel my order? Because our products are made-to-order specifically for you, we strictly implement a no cancellation policy once production has begun.

Can I change my order details? If you entered incorrect information (wrong size, wrong address, or typo), please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at archive@inkspade.com.

  • After 24 hours: Your order is likely already in production and cannot be modified.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-Day Guarantee for damaged or defective items. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Do you accept returns for "Change of Mind"? As a print-on-demand brand, every item is created solely for you. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered (Please check our Size Chart carefully).

  • Change of mind / "Just didn't like it."

  • Slight color variations due to screen monitor differences.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect? If you receive a defective item (torn, misprinted, or wrong design), we will replace it for free. To start a return:

  1. Email archive@inkspade.com within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Include your Order Number and clear photos of the defect.

  3. We will validate your claim and issue a free replacement or full refund. You do not need to return the damaged item.

Who pays for return shipping?

  • Defective/Wrong Items: Inkspade covers all costs.

  • Customer Error: Shipping costs are non-refundable.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long does shipping take? Since every item is made to order, please allow time for production before your item ships.

  • Production Time: 2 – 7 Business Days.

  • Shipping Time (International): 10 – 30 Business Days depending on customs and location.

Why is my package late? International shipments may face delays due to customs clearance in your country. We cannot control these delays. If your order has not arrived after 45 days, please contact us for a full refund or replacement.

My tracking says "Delivered" but I don't have it. If your package is marked as delivered:

  1. Check with your neighbors or front desk.

  2. Contact your local post office immediately with your tracking number.

  • Note: We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery to the address provided.


DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS

Can I stack discount codes? No. Only one discount code can be used per order.
